I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Miskolc in 2003.
In the same year I started working at the Pest County Directorate of the then Tax Investigation Directorate, in 2004, after the restructuring of the organisation, at the Economic Protection Department of the National Bureau of Investigation, and from 2008 at the Criminal Investigation Department of the same body. International Crime Unit of the same department.
Since 2010, I have been representing our clients in the above areas, drawing on the experience I have gained in the past and supplementing my knowledge. My office carries out a wide range of work.
Our main area of expertise is economic criminal law, but we also cover the entire field of law. In addition to economic criminal law, we also represent our clients effectively in other matters relevant to criminal law. We also fully represent clients in the field of civil law, but my personal specialisation is in family law, matrimonial dissolution proceedings, child custody cases and related administrative proceedings. I believe that only someone who has been through a divorce and has children can represent them properly, and who understands the problems of their clients. In representing our clients, we go to the limits of the law to achieve the best results.
In the field of civil law, we also have extensive experience in real estate, and in the past 8 years we have been involved in hundreds of enforcement cases, handling the sale and purchase of real estate, and the discharge of encumbrances, but we also successfully represent our clients in the field of sales, gifts and other real estate-related legal transactions.
Our firm represents companies on a permanent and ad hoc basis, effectively assisting their operations. The experience gained in this field is also effectively applied in the field of employment law, both on the company and the employee side.
